Quicktime problems

ok so i've been trying to watch the VT open edit on the enom website and it keeps showing up as plug in error or something. whats the problem with it?

for showing me that new video, i will tell you. go download the newest version of quicktime, off the site, make sure its all loaded, restart your computer, and it should work

^ i already have it, and it still doesnt work, i even tried doing it again. do i maybe have to uninstall it then re install it?

WTF i just previously uninstalled it then re installed it and it still doesn't work, i know some of you guys in here know your shit about computers, help me out.
