Boarders on there butts

Now, dont get me wrong. I dont mind most boarders, but do you guys experience the annoying boarders that always sit down in the middle of the runs? And the worst, they always sit at the edge or right below: headwalls and out of park jumps. I dont know about you guys, but I like to jump especially headwalls, but the boarders are always sitting there. And you cant see some of them until after you hit the shit.

Yah, or they attempt it but get scared, so they slide off the side, screwing up the jump, then they sit right there at the base of it.
NOTE: I am talking about the bad boarders

What about the ones that go off the jump and land sitting, those guys are just little dicks. If you aren't even going to try to land it, why do you go off the jump? And for that matter, you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on equipment to get pounded in the ass.

One time, I was coming up to a fairly large booter but three or four boarders were sitting just on the other side. Well, I decided to hit it anyway and I cleared their heads. They weren't wearing helmets. Needless to say, they didn't remain there.

Ya, fuck them ( I used to board ) but I never sat in the middle of the fuckin trail like some assholes do up here in NE. Almost got my buddy a trip to the hospital.

i had a pretty bad whipe out trying to avoid a boarder parked in the middle of the run. i popped off a little roller and sitting right under it were 2 boarders, backs to the hill. i landed about 4 feet short of them and had to jam an edge to miss them causing one of my skis to catch edge and the binding to eject. this was about 3/4 the way down a deciently steep groumer and i was going pretty fast. so after i slid about 40 feet on my face and sholder the boarders got up and left. my sholder is still mildly fucked

yeh the only real problem i have against boarders is 1. their lack of respect towards ANY skier...2.at me "hill"(yeh its barley a hill) when u come off the lift, u turn 180 degrees to the right to go into the park, however ther is like a 20 foot spand accross the opening to the park that is half taken up by a drop in...and the boarders all sit rihgt in the fucking middle of it so u have to ask them to make a fucking channel for u so u can either make it threw or hit a nice flat bar rail at the top...its fucking riteous annoying

haha you boarder haters are so silly. its a hundred more tiring on your legs to snowboard over skiing so you do have to sit down. sometimes people do it shitty places. fuck them but it is hella tiring on your legs boarding so when the chance arrives sittin is always good.

I hear you. At my hill our small park is usually littered with boarders. I've never boarded so I don't know if their legs acutually get tired so I won't bitch about the sitting a whole lot. Yah sit down if you want but you really don't need to sit down in the same spot in time for me to do a run and come back and their still there.

They sit on jump in runs looking at it for an hour and in the most rediculas spots. Then when they finally get off their asses and go to hit it they (by they i mean the shitty ones [99% of the boarders] at my hill0 will carve off the lip and take a chunk out of the lip. They do 90 before they leave the jump. And they talk so much shit. I think to myself, you can't do shit you suck at boarding and do NOTHING. It just pisses me off, and I had to vent that, thanks.

yeah i hate it too. especially when they sit at the top of the park and block the entrance. finaly when u can make it through and do your thing. then when u come back to the park the same people are still sitting there because they are to scared to do anything

no its really not hard if u do it alot. we don't have to sit down when we ski cus we are use to it and are always owrking those muscles but when a skier boards its different muscles so obviously they are going to be tired

I ride with all boarders pretty much, but I still hate most of them with a passion. the boarders I ride with arnt retards, its the gayper boarders who fuck shit up. I do get pissed about waiting for them to strap their dildo on so that they can have fun, but other than that they dont bug me. But what does bug me is the boarders who think that skiers arnt allowed in the park, so they decide to go 50% of the way down to the jump, wait until someone calls "drop" so that they can drop, and hit the jump seconds before I would be soposed to, causing me to either a, scream and yell as I go off the side, or b, jump over them as they fall into the middle of the jump, and I flip them off from the air becuase I could not pull a sick steezy flippy spinny thing.

Ya, i board, and it is super tiring. Skiing is definatly physically less demanding, especially standing still. I do both, it just is, im not taking shots at skiing here.

But boarders sitting down in the middle of shit and on landings is gay. They should learn some respect for the other people riding and skiing on the mountain. I always move out of the way of landings and sit on the side of runs. Shit, i broke my wrist really bad on a FDF rail and the first thing i thought was i should get out of the way!

The real point is that lots of people are losing the comon courtesies that i believe older generations had. Lets bring it back. Lets be chill to eachother in the park, pipe, bumps, and groomers. Lets drop the thuged out attitude and stop trying to be hardasses when its just not neccicary.

I hit one once.

lol, he was just sitting there on the down part of a hill, and I couldnt see him, so I come down switch, and see him at the last second and try and stop, but I clipped him sideways and tumbled over him, the kid's like, "WTF!?" I got up right away and was like, "Dont sit the fuck down in the middle of hills or next time I won't stop." I never saw the kid sitting again, he even puts his bindings on standing. And my hill, you see everyone. lol.

This reminded me for some odd reason about a group of jappanise skiers and boarders in the terrian park at whistler. It was at the end of a pow day and the upper lifts were all closed. so me and my friend were skiing through the terain park working on our basic tricks because we suck a park. So we are going through the main park. and come across this group of skiiers boarders all dreesed up in the latest baggiest gear they could buy. Right away it was obvious that all they do is ski park. When I did see them actually ski down a run Every one could see that they did not now how to really ski/board. Well any way they were not that good at park eather and had no Idae how to not kill people in there. Righ before them A kid went off the jump attempted a 540 and washed out on the landing. Some of uss below the jump saw this and signaled up that the landing was not clear. This group of skiiers boarders then all went one after another and about 5 of them landed directly ontop of or around this kid who had fallen on the landing. Seariously its people who do careless things like that that really piss me off.
