If anybody skis killington tell me what you think of their new set up at bear. I personally think that it is the best thing they have ever done for themselves but they should get a park pass so they dont have the Herbs skiing over teh jumps and waiting on the landings.

I ski killington but i went to bear this season and they hadn't yet finished their park. the biggest problem is with little kids in the S. pipe. Im not that great but atleast i dont get in the way and go right through. btw, what does bear have for a setup this year.

Well if your talking about the current set up then I'm gonna have to disagree, it is kind of lacking right now. But in general moving the main park over to Bear was a good idea, it was definitely alot better last year than previous years.

For this year they are taking the viper pit jump out which is actually a good idea cause the herbs in the park sucked they are putting a huge kicker in at the bottom of OL and they are keeping the super pipe and making more features to the Rams Head Medium PArk Right now they are building up there jumps on wildfire so they will probably be up this week end i will head up there after schoold tomrow to check it out

Haha thats funny, it's alot sunnier and warmer over at Bear like 99% of the time. Aside from a few days a year Snowshed is typically an Arctic wasteland full of beginners who decide it's cool to go in the park.

the bear park isnt all that impressive right now. I actually think the one on timberline is better right now. But i hear good things about the bear park, i just hope we get enough snow for it. Some of the park guys were talking about putting in 60 foot tables, thats the size of the last hit at bear last year but they're gunna have more than one this year.

true 60footers wont fit in wildfire.. that trail is way to narrow for large hits... the 'big' jump from last year was weak, you can claim it was 50ft or whatever but it shot you like a 20fter

No way it was deffinitly a 50 footer i dont think you understand the American measure ment a 20 footer is like the second jump on bear last year.

as of right now, the bear set up isnt that great. but thats just because they havent got it all set up yet. timberline is fun though.
bear will be alot of fun once they finish the setup.
and as for all the little kids and herbs in the pipe.. i agree 100%. its so gay they are constantly dropping in and cutting me and lots of other people off.
