Follow these steps:
1. Make sure to turn compeltly 90(sideways) i can't tell you how many kids i see who dont do that and just fall
2. Keep you shoulders facing downhill, and your legs turned, this will help you balance, and later, you can steeze it like a pro when u can actualy grind
3. Stay low, bend you knees, absorb the hit of landing on the rail
4. Stare at the end of the rail, never look down, sizeways, up at the sky, or whatever, look at the end of the rail
5. And finialy, COMMIT!! dont be scared to do it, tell yourself you are gonna do it, everytime.
