Yeah, one could be off by 1 cm, one by 3.435 cm, one by 2.353 cm, one by 2.899 cm and one by 3.002cm, and then, it could be off to the z-axis by 3.290cm, 2.038 cm, or even 1.07684ccm!!

when Morrison warns against mounting at center because they're a stiff ski, i think twice about it. if anyone else were to say that, i'd likely blow them off, but, in case you missed the memo, Seth Morrison is a beast. if they're too stiff for him at center, they're too stiff for me.

Seth Morrison knows all. If he said it, then it must be true, and it must be writen into the book of snow.

no you have to center mount them at the midsole line which is in actual fact -15cm from the core centre which is +5 from the true centre. Now because k2 fucked up the placement of the chart its about 2cm off so you have to add it to the +5 which makes it +7 but because you have to mount the boot at the midsole you should go -7cm of the true centre which is not core centre because the core centre is the centre of the core ... got it?

are you drunk??
no, seriously.
I quote "you have to center mount them at the midsole line which is in actual fact -15cm from the core centre which is +5 from the true centre."
center mount them..........at the midsole line.
so center mount them...at what according to the graph is -12 from true center and what actually -14 (not -15) from ture center........
center mount them......-14 (or -15 I guess)....from true center.
wait...then you want to go -7 from true center to get to core center?...
WOW.
ok. I'm gonna write this out as easy as possible.
ACCORDING TO THE GRAPH - WHICH IS OFF BY 2 CM
midsole = 0
core center = +7.5
True Center = +12
to the kid wondering where to mount, ignore this post and do as we said above.
Use the graph - go +5 on the graph.

For the record....I am very drunk.
Anyway...trying one last time.
According to the graph, which is off by 2 cm.
midsole = 0
core center = +7.5
true center = +12
When ACTUALLY measured
midsole = +2
Core Center = +9.5
True Center = +14
IGNORE THIS and THAT GUYS POST.
all it does it cause confusion and then I have to try and explain it again over and over when I'm drunk.....and this ust get more fucked up.
Go off of the graph. The graph is off.....but most of everybody has been mounting based off of that incorrect graph.
and for what you want, based upon that graph you should mount +5.
seriously. let this thread die.
mount you skis +5 along the graph. enjoy
