Fit of salomon pro models

alright I can get the pro model guns at a decent price I tried them on and I liked them however I can also get the salomon pro models froma a couple years ago(the black ones) at about half as much I was wondering from anyone who tried them on if there is a differnece in fit in these two boots since I have not tried on those particular models and it is an online sale
