Is my mountain cheap or what??

We got a new 22ft box today at our hill and i hit i maybe 3 times with some other ski and snowboard instructors and the next time we came down the lexan had dipped down about 2 inches on one side of it so the lexan is level with most of the metal edge and then dips down 2 inches for about 10inches(lengthwise) of the box, did we get a shit box??

the box was actually 3500$ and was built by the same guy who builds rails for wakestock, and we're gettin it fixed (soon i hope)
