K i need to know what skis i should get, i need a new pair pretty soon and these are what i have decided on.

-Volkl Dogen
-Armada ARVs
-Dynastar Trouble Makers
-Salomon Foils

...anyone?

depends on where you ski, dogens are park, arv's and foils are more all mountain

are dogens heavy? ive herd all volkls are on the heavy side? and is it true that the armada top sheets chip easy?

arvs - could chip easy, i dunno i haven't had a chance to ski mine yet, but i'll tell u after tomorrow.

i dunno much about the dogens or the karmas.

if ur over 150lbs say no to the foils, theyre nice tho, ooo karma's would be dopetastic

im 180 and ride foils and love every minuet of them. they are really good at no chipping and delaming so far. i teach and kids run over my skis all the time, but it doesnt do any damage. they also carve so well, i sometimes forget they are twin tips

I need sompthing in the 160 range....i really like the dogens, i want skis for everything but i also want them to be fairly cheap, the dogens are good for park and they are stiff enough to ski everywhere else so thats the direction im leaning..

hhaha i was jsut kiddin my friend has the fujatives and he reely likes them and uses them all over . message "Matty." he might be able to answer a few questions about the fujatives if u consider them.

good wood core skiis will be a mite heavier, but they are better, and who cares about the top sheets? mine are chipped so bad, I don't notice.
