Surface skis= No show

I had a pair of surface Live Lifes on order since last month. Decade thought that they would probably be in by Dec. 15th. I never got a call from the shop around the appropriate time, so I went in and they called and found out that apparently, Surface hasn't even pressed their skis yet! They had to move production to the Burton and haven't even gotten them going yet! I was bummed but then I just bought some Eliz's nstead. Supposedly the Surface's won't be ready until Feb. or so. Sucks to be an independent company.

Hey snowbirdforlife- how much do you weigh? I'm at 175 and I was just slightly worried about overpowering them. THEN I always rememebr that they are like a snowboard and then I don't worry as much.

just curious...do you have any affiliation with them? you plug them alot which is rad, but you seem a little more amped than a satisfied customer...not much surface shit going on on the east coast too, so thats rad

well surface sent their order to a company that after surface put their order in got a very large order from another company so the pressing company wouldn't press their skis until the run from the other company was finished. total bummer, but that's what happens when you outsource your stuff.

well snoop6 im an offensive linemen and 175 isnt close to me, and they do just fine, the length and flex will be just fine, and you wont over-power them.
