According to his mother, Lorraine, some of CR’s most significant breakthroughs of the week have come with Tanner Hall in the room. Tanner was the only one in the room when he opened his eyes for the first time. Lorraine says he ran out of the room to the nurse’s station and yelled, “Yo nurse! Come here quick, he opened his eyes.” The next day CR was awake when Tanner arrived, and CR lifted both arms for the first time.
guys this isn't fast... all that means is that the intense trauma went down... it's going to be a very long road. Honostly, if he skis, it probably won't be for another few years... he might have to learn how to ski again...
well, if he is coming out of the hospital, that is fast...but ur right he won't be skiing for a while...a friend of mine ended up exactly the same way after hitting a tree, he's almost 100% but his mom thinks this is as good as he's gunna get (he talks with a lisp, he walks with kind of a limp, and he's just different personality wise...its weird)...CR is going to have a month or two of rehab just to walk and talk again, then it could be years before he skis...but it's different fro everyone we just have to hope for the best.
yah no chance that he makes a segment this year unless there is already enough footage for a short segment...hopefully everything keeps progressing like it has been and he makes a full recovery, good luck to cr and his fam...ps rory will seems to have made a pretty complete recovery even though he kinda fell out of the pro scene he still boosts in the pipe
