Hey, I have a kodak dx3900 which takes pretty good pictures. it's 35-70mm. i want to buy a wide angle and macro lense but on the kodak site, it says the wide angle only comes 37mm... 37mm will zoom more than 35mm, no? is this worth it?
thanks!

37mm is prolly the filter attachment size, check to be sure. Filters screw on to the front of most SLR lenses, and better camcorder and digital camera integrated lenses. If theres a thread on the inside of front of yer camera you can put shit like filters and converstion lenes on. You'll know. If your lens is like like this, then there should be a number around 37mm, or 24mm or 45mm or whatever. This measurement has NOTHING to do with the focal length of your lens, a'ait!?! Your camera should say 37mm (filter size) and 35-75mm (focal length) and Sonyblabla (lens name) and some other shit (id number, whatever) around the lens. So, if the fitler attachment size of your lens is 37mm, and the thread on the converstion lens is 37mm, that shit'll work. Good luck mein.
If you're still cluessless, go to your local photostore or go jump off a cliff or something.

hey thanks for the help... Yeah, the 37mm is the size and 35-70mm is the focal lenght. I baught a Fisheye with 37mm thread on it and of 0.43x.
It works pretty good! Have you ever worked for these? Is it normal that i need more light to take pictures with it?
