CHrons are nice but i find they arent poppy enough, the invaders are nice cuz of the center mountin(as long as you have good balance), and theyre cool cuz they have insane pop
the invaders are super thin. I've never ridden a pair but from how they look i don't know if i'd want to if i was any heavier than i am (i only weigh like 160). I do have chronics, center mounted, and they are the most bomb skis i've ever had. they do well in everything cept trees and sometimes bumps, long tails suck for tight turns.
yeah the only place i had a problem with my chronics was in the trees, but after a day on the hill with light coverage (rocks and shit) my bases and edges had zero gashes, the chronics are the way to go they are bombproof
^which skis are better all mountain between ar5s and regular chrons?and do chronics and ar5s have a lot of pop and snappyness? i cant really think of another way to phrase the question...
chronics for sure, a more stable park ski on bigger and faster things, you can go outside of the park and be able to push your skis w/o them being too soft.
