You just open it, and its like a window that looks exactly like windows XP if you had a PC with windows. You just run programs off that, although you can't drag them onto your mac, they're still windows files. I got it to play poker, which is a weak reason.

i don't have it but make sure you have an auctual copy of windows XP. the one you got with the last dell you got won't work with it

He's right in a way. VPC on a Mac, really doesnt work as well as you'd think. It's an extremely slow program that won't live up to the quality that running it on a PC would. If it's a game, forget about it, way too slow. It's not worth the 200 bucks or how much VPC is.
