I was skiing last night and my S810's decided to malfunction and the heel piece pulled out of the its position. (the screws are still intact and the heel pulled past the two rear screws). Keep in mind that these are 3days old and all im lookin for is someone with a phone number so i can contact salomon and return them. Their website does not have a phone number on it

take them back to the shop that you brought them from and they should send them back for warranty

this happened to a friend of mine latley, except on a different ski and binding than yours. But he had another one of our firends who works in a shop fix them. What he did was end up threading(i think) new screws back into the same holes with another glue, and that kept them in.
it was like he put a small metal something into the stripped holes, and then put new screws back in them. Try taking them to a shop and see if they can fix them for ya, if not try another one cause I know they can.

the screws stayed in the ski.. the metal track of the salomon heel bent out of the spot.
