On Run-in's and on your kickers, would rock salt help keep your speed up and make the whole set up faster? Someone told me this but I am question to but the 50 pound bag or not
Why does salt help? I asked my dad if salt would somehow keep snow from melting, because I see lots of people using it. And he said that it was impossible.
yea u salt the lip and then jump, it melts the snow and then it freezes hard, steel it from the town place near where u live usually they have big barns full
the salt actually lowers the freezing temperature, causeing it to form water which will then freeze again becoming ice, which is much faster. yes salt works wonders
salt used on alot of snow, like a ski hill, will melt the surrounding snow and to water, then with all the snow below it it will freeze to ice and be faster, but when you put it on a bit of snow it will just melt it, like on a sidewalk
