i think that the rooster was an old man thing.

and how could we (Froggies) be able to sell you (Americans) our skis if we put some pure French colors and symbols???!!! I'm not sure you'll like it....and buy it then...

global market = less and less national symbols....

so, sorry, but I don't think you'll see your bird back....;)

Call me crazy but I'm pretty sure the USA has the same colors all over their flag. So putting red white and blue wouldn't exactly make it "french".
