Just got some rossi powairs and wanted to know more about them. What can you tell me... I rode them in waist deep powder the other day and they were pretty good, but I'm still getting used to them on the trails.

Actually it is a microcecll core, much different. Mine held up great for me for 2 years, till I snapped em in half. But they did last a year longer than any other ski I owned previously. Dualtech sidewalls, not a bad ski, as long as they don't break.

and Rossi has all foam core skis. They can put fancy-dancy names on them like Microcell or THC core, but its still crappy foam that breaks down after two years.

What do you think the core is in the 1080, or the pocket rocket?? huh? yeah, FOAM! But there is a big difference between an injected foam core and the core in the 1080, the pow air, pocket rocket, bandit...etc. Maybe you should research the construction of these skis before you talk shit about them.
Oh, and not all of rossi's skis are a microcell core, some are wood and the scratch's THC core is vertically laminated strips of wood, microcell and isocore.

the new scratches dont have it but if you have a sketch landing off something big on the powairs you better have a warranty

ScratchCrew might be right in some way... but personally, i know that the stiffness in ANY KIND OF FOAM CORE deteriorates over time much faster than a wood core. Anyway i hate my pow airs... they were noodles to me, but i'm a big guy so maybe for you they'll work out.
