Does anyone know if you can buy one of those sweet redbull helmets you always see tanner and jon wearing or can u only get them if you are as good as tanner and jon???

RedBull doesn't even sell t-shirts- why on earth would they sell a helmet like that if they don't even sell shirts? yeah, they're possible to get, but you have to know someone.

in that case they're just starting. someone on here works for them and said that even he can't get a t-shirt- they're supposed to just be for their athletes. if you bought yours on eBay, it's a fake.

yes, they are painted,. and no you cant get em unless you get spons by redbull. when a redbull rider are going to get a new helmet he or she must take the old one back in exchange for a new helmet

REd Bull is super anal about there stuff being for sale to the public. Like, the reps. get one hat, one shirt, and when they are fired/quit, they have to give it back. Red Bull has people on ebay all day buying gear so the average joe schmoe doesn't get it. Its so wierd how they only want the elite to have any gear.

when aaron chase goes to the skatepark and messes around on his skateboard, he isn't even allowed to wear his Red Bull helmet, because they sponsor him for mountain biking....the upside is that they pay your ticket fees and bail you outta jail if you get arrested doing your sport.

if you are fired/quit, and have no affiliation with the company, why would you give it back? unless they have you sign all this paperwork in your job contract, which is probly true and i just answered my own question. good work team.

They don't sell anything other then red bull. However companies in thailand, or individuals there, where the laws are different make knock off red bull clothing. You can purchase it on ebay, but everyone knows that only sponsored athletes are given red bull clothing.

Just keep working on your skiing, and maybe one day you will land a sponsorship, until then keep drinking red bull.

Speaking as someone who actually rides for Red Bull some things in this thread are correct.

1.)No you can not buy real Red Bull clothing or helmets through retailers.

2.)Red Bull does not force ex athletes or reps to return Helmets, t shirts ect...however when you sign on them have you agree in writing not to sell any of it.

3.)The Red Bull stuff on Ebay is not all fake. Most of it is but not all. A lot is made by the guys who make the bottled version of Red Bull. There is very occasionally real stuff on there. It is usually easy to spot because the bids are very high on it.

4.)Red Bull does not sell it's gear to the public because it makes the brand seem that much cooler. Only the best guys out their ride for them. It creates a huge buzz around the brand. Red Bull prides it's self on it's own unusual marketing. They don't pay a penny to anyone. They just give out product. There worst nightmare is some 45 year old fat slob rockin a Red Bull T-shirt!
