Crack on my rossi heelpiece?

so the cover that is on the part of the heelpiece that sticks up is cracked, but me and everybody else think it wont effect it other than looks. what do you think?

yea, it's probably just a cosmetic problem...take a picture of it and post it for a full Newschoolers.com diagnosis

um. i was gonna, but i dont have my skis. they are getting waxed and shit. the guys at the shop seemed kind of unsure.
but you can see more plastic under the plastic that is cracked. if that helps.

You could send it into warranty. But now is probably not a great time to not have bindings.

yeah cuz i would have to get a remount and we dont have a receipt, but if they did get warrantied they said i might not be able to get them back for awhile.so i pretty much wanna avoid it unless it is totally important.

Mine broke too. Its purely cosmetic. I almost felt liek just taking it out, it adds nothing to structure, its just there for looks.
