ok so i just got back form mt creek and i was trying this down box they have there and i kept falling and landing on my hip i tried leaning foward more but it still happened any help would be great
when your doing any rail just imagine your running and jumping on a stationary skateboard. For down rails/ boxes dont pay attention to which foot your weight is so much as your center of gravity- that it much more important to staying upright
Jus' giver and remember to not lean back. its like when you're just crusin' down the hill. you should be centered over your skis. Try with a wide stance first then work in the steeze.
