You have to take individual pics or if you have good video feed, take frames of the video. After you have all your frames, load them all onto Adobe (on one file or whatever). Line them up as best as you can and erase any needed distractions to make it look good.
ya, i did one with video, and it turned out pretty good, just make sure teh export settings for the video editing system are too your liking for still images, and be sure to de-interlace (if you need to) other wise it will look really bad
if you keep the camera still taking a burst you can even just box it out in paint and place each box of just the person into one frame and line up the backgroud of the box of with the person in it to the main pics
use the search, but i figured out today that my not-so-great digital camera has a continuous shot option. It takes 10fps so i put those images on my ol' computer then cut out each object that you are sequencing and paste it onto one image. (i think)
i just exported every other frame for the duration of the gap, then put them all on different layers, went to the top layer, drew a box around each person as i went through blanking layers, then went back, starting on the second layer, and erased around the biker on the first layer, then third layer, erased around the biker on the first and second layer, so on and so on, not too difficult, takes a little while to make it real nice, but that ones not great cause i screwed up the export settings for Final Cut Pro, so the images werent the best quality to begin with
