Why do i like the History Channel so much?

Its just great programming. Modern Marvels and Battlefield Detectives rock. And all those specials about Aliens and UFO's and the Lock Ness Monster. Its thuroughly entertaining.

It is my most watched channel, although i rarely watch TV.  History major here so I guess that is not surprising, although there is rarely anything on related to my area of study.

Man vs Wild on Discovery bugs the shit out of me. Its so fake yet there are probably people who watch it and think they are set to go get lost in the Amazon or something
