your feet should be on either side of the rail hanging a couple inches off the ground with a look of horror on your face as you realize that you just cracked your nuts open
it all depends how centered you are on the first part of the rail. if your locked on and you get to the kink you will naturally adjust. its when your standing up straight with arms waiving is when the kink throws you off
kinda go up 2 the rail like ur almost gonna lip it cuz it will help u if there lots of kinks cuz it will keep u alot more centered and balance the hole way take it slow and if u think ur goin 2 slow go a lil faster u just gonna play around with it
insted of looking at the end of the rail, make sure you focus on the kink and after u get over the kink concentrate on the end of the rail (or the second kink)
the best way to practise kinks in post season training, which is what really helped me is salomn skiing. you know with the one ski in the water. When you criss cross the wake, you use your knees alot and bind them to asorb it. If you can salomn ski, just think of that. Thats what i do and it works like a charm
