Tanner Hall- Founder of Armada?

i heard somewhere that T Hall founded Armada, but I don't really know. Anyone wana clear things up for me?

actually no, he founded this company all adamra but they failed with in the first week so he just bought some shares with armada. word.

he and a few other pros had the idea. they had investors from the UK (i think). The rest is history.

cusson isnt even on the team anymore. Ive always been really skeptical that the pros had anything to do with founding the company. If they did we would have heard all about it because having a company that is truly rider founded is about the best marketing possible. Like the post above me said im pretty sure some smart investors recognised the potential of freeskiing and bought some top pros to make their company legit.

yes man you are right even if kids on here or "industry insiders" tell you its not true it is. The impetus to start the first true core brand (line doesnt count) was from investors in the uk.

no.....it is an old sales rep from oakley who founded armada. The riders have shares......and were friends of this guy.

^ No, Hans was the VP os Internet Marketing..

No Oakley funding... So they say..
But most of the reps for Armada are also Oakley reps.. Also 95% of the team rocks/sponsored by Oakley.

Wouldn't doubt it that Oakely had some $$ tied up in the start of Armada

Because in these troubled times, instead of the stupid people being shot down by those who know what they're talking about, those who know what they're talking about are drowned out by the din of complete morons who want people to THINK they know what they're talking about. I bet there are more than a couple people who don't even know who Iberg is. The word "Royalty" probably doesn't mean anything to half the kids on this site anymore, sadly.

haha for real man. iberg is the team manager of armada, and if anyone here knows whats up, its him. and yes, he is responsible for the two best ski movies ever made, Royalty and Stereotype. and yes, the idea was founded by the riders, and they went to the investors with the idea (thats why they are called INVESTORS!!!!), and they backed them financially. its not that freakin complicated

i founded armada.....just a quick fact in happy dayz boronowski was the only one rockin the armadas( oh and boyd in some shots) but in tonys intro screen it says armada as a sponsor and armada was in noone elses...

No he was on the Am team for quite some time, If you watch Happy Dayz, in the begining of each skiers seg, they have their sponcers, all of the guys on armada had their previous ski company, (tanner rossi, JF salomon, Boyd Rossi) But Anthony, he had Armada, and the only one I beleive. Some shots had the guys on Armada, i think there was one of boyd on some AR5s. So Anthony has been with it since the begining
