Landing Backseat

I have heard you are suppose to push your hands forward to prevent this, but what else do i do to avoid landing backseat

powder said it right. Pressure against your shins, hands in front of you.

Landing backseat is probably from jumping backseat.

Concentrate on a good forward stance (as described) as you go off of the jump, and your landings will probably come around alot smoother.

try not leaning so far back when you take off the lip... and everything everyone else has said works well too
