what is a decent program to use to make it?
I am famliar with Acid Music but i can get it off the net so what would be a good choice besides that?

i want to make an hour long mp3 to send to Doug for a show, but i need a program to manage different tracks (each song) plus some commentary

try cool edit pro, lots of sources for that on limewire and other p2p's
pretty easy to use and you can edit multiple tracks while working on a compiled track and export it as an mp3, if you cant find it ill throw it up on a server for you to download
