look to the end of the rail when you pop onto it, and do not look at your feet. just stay relaxed and keep practicing it too. but remember to look to the end of the rail.
okay since this forum is already going about rails i also have a question....yesterday i got onto a rail and fell on to the hip that was uphill...wut was my problem and wut can i do to fix it?
make sure your feet are far enough apart (like shoulder width at least) and keep your weight a little bit forward but not to much. eventually youll get the feeling down .
