hmm..i disagree wit u saying the ar5s are only good in the park..my friend has them and they seem awsome out of the park..but i would like something a tad bit softer so i wanted to know if the fs's are stiffer then them now.

ok..i just might have to go with the fs's then rossi makes a nice ski..but so does armada.but the fs's are just cheaper and no one has them at my mountain.

ar5 is stiffer..ar5 is better in the park, out of the park and just a better ski all together

no man i dont say theyre only good in the park i say they excel in the park, but dont outside, whereas the rossi's do.
and if you flex the ar5 and rossi next to each other im fairly sure you will conclude the rossi is stiffer.

Skied my '06 scratch fs for the first time today. Pretty fun ski. Has a nice fat 84 waist, but is snappy and precise and feels more like a 74 waist. They are way stiffer than my ARV's if that helps you at all. I have never skiied AR5's unfortunately.

well i usually dont ride 70% park but this year were supposta have a really awsome park with big jumps for around here..there trying to make them as big as possible..and there going to be digging for a pipe in the summer so ill probably end up getting the ar5s.My friend has 176 ar5s and it seems like he loves them but 176 is a little big for me so im goin to go with the 170 ar5s

Nomensteven shut the FUCK up. You have no idea what you are talkin about. The Ar5s are awesome outside out of the park. You have to be terrible at actual skiing if you think they stink outside out of the park. Shit, they are great everywere, park or all mtn.
