Easier way to upload pics

why dont we have something that then we click, reply to quote, that page has a little box and when we click on it, it goes to our document and ae can just take the pic from there. by the touch of a button. the only problem is i dont know how to do it. any suggestions

because uploading pictures would eat up server space/bandwidth and because you don't know what you're talking about.

but seriously, how hard is it to upload pictures to an external source or even the ns picture section, and use the [img] tag?
