I'm always looking for music and one of my friends suggested this to me. I have no clue what style or type of music it is. What is everyones thoughts and opinions on this band?

minus the bear is amazing for sure. i guess you could classify them as experimental rock. they've got myspace as well with some songs up there.

i would describe them as indie meets progressive rock. i like them.

its indie, but the guitar work is unrivaled.
its super clean and bright, but its played in the wierdest style, almost far east status.
one of the best bands around vocally and musically.
not for everyone though.

they are oneof my favporite bands forsure. I really like "pachuca sunrise" to ski to. Ilike "thanks for the killer game of crisco twister" by them as well.

They show was good, but WAY SHORT. They only played for an hour. I would have been way more stoked if that had played at least an hour and half, maybe two. It seemed like all the songs were faster than normal, but I was pretty drunk so....

it was a pretty good show, i thought minus the bear played a good set it was the crowd that sucked, they just stood around, no one was dancing or anything
