well, i dunno how to do em, but my coach says, just do a normal spin, and drop either one of ure shoulders slightly, to facilitate the spin, once u get used to it, start dropping it with more force. I may be wrong tho...

k I got them at the end of the season and heres how I learn't. I spin to my left, so I carve to left off the lip of the jump a little bit, huck my right arm left and up and lean back a little bit... I dunno thats just how I do em

wind up a little earlier than normal, so if you sont have the ight angle you can chane it. But all you do is throw whatever shoulder you spin over down almost like a linclon, but bring it a little back, and turn your head.

the way I start them is kinda like an underflip, but I stop going back once im parallel to the ground and just spin, and spin, and you will come out of it.
