so heres my problem. when i throw my spins, my upper body spins way faster then my lower body causing my spins to be shitty. anyone know anyways to fix this problem. thanks
bend your knees; when you go off the kicker, try to jump and turn your whole body instead of just throwing your arms; dont wind up and throw your arms so hard
when i first learned spins, i learned them with my arms out and floaty mogul air ish. it makes it so much easier, then you just get more stylie as you get more comfertable
