yes, the looks work with the rossi, do you need wide brakes? You can wide ones from Backcountry.com

i have a pair of newer 100's on my other skis that I'm not going to be using much this year. Is there a way to transplant them?

so from what it seems you have two looks is that correct? Either way if its a rossi or look (same company, they bought each other) then you can change them out. The way that i do it is to unscrew your back plate, I think its easier to click it backwards to get it out. (i'm not talking about taking all of the screws out of your binding... screw you want to look for is going to move your entire back binding either foward or backwards depending on which way you turn it, this is for adjusting boots so that they fit) Then you should just be able to push the brake out to the side, then slide it out, put the new one in, then slap the binding back on.
Also I end up breaking tons of these, and i always go to ski stores around me and ask them if they have any used brakes for the ski, and they usually just give them to me... last time the dude made me pay 10 bucks though.

lol, i try to get as many as possible b/c i always break them. I just got a pair of the new 140 wide's on my bc... and from the design of it, it looks like they fixed the problem of the whole binding flexing, and then bending out the breaks. I wanna get some more of those for my other skis... but they are to much

yeah i actually broke one last weekend, and the guy at the shop tried to sell a pair of them to me for 50 bucks... I went to another shop and they sold me a pair for 10 bucks and put them on, they were used ones... but still it doesn't matter
