I am coming out to MSU next fall, and I need to buy new skis. I live in MI currently and ski 1080's and they are shredded. I don't want to buy skis for Michigan since I won't ski them much. What would be a good ski for Bridger, some Big Sky and hopefully bc? I want something good for powder but still carves ok. I was thinking the Rossignol Bandit B4's. Any suggestions?

I'll second that notion. Also, check out the karmas, I have a few friends that ski those every day at Bridger and Big Sky and love them.

I love the Guns. Not a park ski, but perfect for ripping the mountain. Bumps, pow, crud, groomed, they do it all.

I'd say the B4s would be a good choice

If you are looking for a better all mountain ski than almost anything out there, and still want a twin, get the mad trix. They are stiff as fuck, but work so well in pow and crud. They are nice for landings too because they are so stiff they won't slide out.

sounds good. I am actually thinking of buying some cheaper twins and sticking my salomon bindings on them for park and pipe and then buying a skis and new bindings for backcountry, pow etc. How does a fat pow ski do with corn skiing in late spring, early summer? Because I definity want to do some bc skiing in the spring/summer.

Fat skis are the only way to go for spring skiing, in my opinion. They're just way better for the soft landings, no matter what the temperature.
