Learning to Ski on twin tips

What do you guys think of learning how to ski for the first time on twin tips. My friend wants to learn and I was going to give him my 05 fujatives to learn on. Do you guys think that he's better off learning on regular skis, then after getting the basics down switch to twin tips? Or, do you think it's easy to learn how to ski on twin tips already? Fujatives are pretty soft already and the length I have are 169. Hes a snowboarder so he knows how it feels to slide on snow. What do you guys think?

it doesnt matter. skis are skis. he doesnt need to ski in the park on his first day just because hes on twins.

any shaped ski will have the just about the same feel. u dont need to give him ur fuji's

They're all about the same for learing on. I went to twins this year and couldn't tell the difference.
