Just wondering if the 05/06 reactors have been improved over last seasons which got a lot of mixed reviews? Any thoughts?

well the one thing everyone agrees on is that there heavy as shit. The durability and how easy they break depends who sets them up or if u piss around trying to do it yourself. You should be ok if you get jibij or someone good to set them up.

i saw a kid do a 180 over a 40' first day out this season and her broke both bindings, along with his arm..and all because the bindings broke, now i don't know who set them up for him, or if he did it himself, but all i know is that shit sucks for him.

they are not, its a misconception, everyone said they were changing the product, and it was no true, lighter, stronger, etc. they did nothing to the binding at all...exact same

all i can say is when it takes me a minute to switch my bindings from ski to ski it makes me happy

You know I don't know the circumstances with the person who broke both bindings and their arm, but if they went from just riding and warming up to a larger jump like that then thats too bad, because before I go off any big jumps I'm really testing mine out and making sure they can handle smaller things then working my way up.

it doesn't matter who sets up those bindings for you. they suck and they are going to be heavy as shit and then they will break. stay away at all costs.

yea regardless of where they get set they break, its all a matter of time, which is why lines reactors are no more for the 06/07 season

^thats only because they were way too ahead of their time. Line has great innovations and has reinvented the binding unlike 4frnt who just puts their name on some other binding and charges $400 for it. Line is trying something new and there are a few kinks in it. They can produce the bindings this year because they cant afford to. Sure their bindings may not be the best but quit bashing on them because Line has come out with more innovations in the past 3 years then the whole ski industry has for the freeskiing scene combined.

dude are u high? line is the most progressive of all the ski companys it has no doubt had the most inovations in the past 3 years than the rest of the ski companies. same hieght tail as twin, symmetrical ski...

not true:
line didnt create the twintip...
Line didnt create the fat ski.
So far, K2 has created the most innovations i think.
But...
Line did create the symetrical ski, and the fatty base and edge.
The bindings do not work out for them however much you say it. I ski line, I support them with all my $$$. But I will not spend anything on their bindings, cuz i dont feel safe with them.

I never said that line created the twin tip, that was olin and k2 probably had the first fat ski. But that was the begininning and line has built so much on that. Almost each ski line comes out with is amazing. They had the prophet, any pollard ski, the invaders (besides the delam problem), and the bacons for next year look sick. Each year they come out with a new skis, they dont just put new graphics on the skis but they have new ones.

I've been using them for the past 2 years and have been pretty happy. The toe piece did break early on the first year (extremely bad crash), but for the past year and a half they have been fine.
Yes, they are heavy. Yes, if not adjusted correctly they will break. Just make sure Jibij sets em up for you. I personally love them because I can switch them between my Skogens, Invaders, and Motherships with a screwdriver. They've saved me at least $300 in bindings for two pairs of skis.
