MOUNTAIN CREEK BLOWS MY ASS!!!

Yo me and my friends left our town around 6:30 to get to mountain creek it takes about an hour to get there like 40 mins with him driving......we get to vernon and the line to the fuckin parking lot was backed up about 33-4 miles i said iy ahd to be a fuckin car wreck but sure enough nearly every lot was full people parking on the side of the roads fuckin people parking in the woods ....THEN i looked at the lift line from the road because i was about to shit myself and it was about 1/2 way up the side of the trail i think there we a total of 2 lines open (runs) and we sad FUCK IT! but the best part was waiting 2 and a fuckin HALF hours To find the delay So A big FUCK YOU to MC Crew and i am nEVER going back on the weekend ever again.....adn another thing the time it took us to drive there and back we should have jsut went to vermont.....:-( so what ever im just blowing some steam off..... we got back did some urban rails some nice kickers and had a better time than we would have trying to hit a 2 inch rail with 4000000000 people waiting to do it too...... I sould have predictied this ...

whats great about bear is that you dont have to wait 20 minutes in line to get a hit on a rail or jump... instead you can just flow through the park with your pals and not worry about the people that think they are all tough shit, because you will know everybody here. so what if the rails aren't as "technical" as MC.. there is nothing better than perfecting your skills on something with less difficulty than doing some crazy loop-de-loop rail with sketchiness

You ever wonder why Bear isnt crowded? BECAUSE IT SUCKS!

So what? MC is crowded on the weekends....who cares...Just ride during the week and you have the park empty. The difference in the quality of the park at MC far outweighs the 2 days per week that its crowded. If you are riding BC over MC its only because you probably arent that good and it makes you feel better to say things like MC Sucks....

Tour de Creek Shop Competition
Shop teams and professional team riders from all over the East will compete in slope style competitions to take home the coveted Tour de Creek Cup, as well as a trip for the entire team. Riders are not the only competitors, as Tour de Creek is also a photography contest. Amateur and professional photographers alike are provided film to shoot photos all day long for a chance to win the cash prize. After the competitions, join the party in Mountain Creek's Hex Bar to watch a slide show of the day's events and vote on the best photo.

Registration:
Time: 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Location: Hex Bar at Vernon
Cost:
Process: All of those who wish to compete in this event are required to complete an inverted aerial wavier, as well as a Mountain Creek waiver.
NOTE: Any individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign their form.

Event Time: 10:00 a.m.
Event Location: Tylenol Main Park

uhh last year it was sponcerd by forum snowboards and like four square or special blend or sumthing but trust me it has been going on for like 3 years and all three yaers it has been sponcerd by snowboards

yo everyone seems like they're saying the same thing but i just wanted to put my 2 cents in - i was there and it was motherfucking ridiculous on opening day but during the week in january it's virtually empty plus the rest of the mountain is open so people are spread out more and the amount of open empty park is insane, also with the park pass you don't have to worry about ignorant ass hole mother fuckers just wandering into the park and cutting you off in mid drop and not even making it off the lip or over the feature. - i'm sorry - i HATE kids who have no fucking respect or common sense in the park. YO CREEK IS THE SHIT. weekend warriors are always to be expected, especially in nj on opening day - shit was worse than six flags on a sunny day in july

I hate the park at creek. The in - runs for the jumps are tiny and flat and you can never clear the table. The jumps also aren't vert enough so you can barley do any tricks. All the rails have plastic in the middle and the jumps on to them suck. The landings suck cause ther are always ruts. last year the pipe was open for like a week and it sucked. Fuck the Creek!!!

i went to creek today, ya the inruns to the rails sucked dick, and the people are assholes, its not a bad mountain though, ive never been to bear creek, but i heard it has a nice park

I couldn't believe how crowded it was at 9 am! All the S.P.O.R.Es (stupid people on rental equipment) were out...ugh. When I left, the ticket lines were across the causeway, and that was only 10:30! Hopefully the spores will stay away come February.

go to Blue Mountain... much better than Bear this year since Bear has been getting hit with lots of warm weather. Blue has definately stepped it up this year. i was skiing with some kids from Bear today and Blue because their park isnt very good right now.
