-Wear your jacket
-Put your pants, other ski clothes, and goggles in your backpack.
-Equip your right hand with your ski bag: containing skis and poles (and you can clip your helmet on the loops of the bag if you wear a helmet.
-Equip left hand with boot bag
or this is an option.
If you choose to not use a bag for your skis and have those wraps what go around to keep the skis together, you can put the boots in the bindings. But that might leave you or a few people a little bloody if it's a rough bus ride to school.

^^i do the same thing, but it leads to injury...this kid i know told me about one time he was on his way to a race and a buddy of his had a wicked crush on a girl on the team (he carried his stuff like that) and he was a little excited and swung into the seat next to her and smoked her in the mouth with his boots, knocked out 3 teeth....So if u have a crush dont do that

SIMPLE:
-backpack, gear, everything boots strapped to outside of pack (helmet strapped to outside also)
-poles in one hand
-skis in the other hand
I feel like i'm teaching a little kid here, dude its not that hard....
or if you still have problems you could hire a sherpa...

take the straps on the boot and velcro them together. Put them over your shoulder. Put coat, hat, goggles, gloves, etc. in a backpack. Put skis over shoulder. Poles in hand. And then you're a crunch wrap supreme.

here is what i do, and i know its kinda gay, but whatever:
loop a pole strap over the tips and the other over the tails. you should have the baskets and grips touching at this point.
now thread the baskets throught the straps and cinch that shit down.
this creates a sort of handle out of the poles.
that leaves another hand to carry whatever.
and the system never fails, the straps cinch down tight enough to hold the skis securely tother and they will not slide around.

Two ways, 1. wear the helmet, gloves and all outter wear. Carry boots in one hand via straps, carry skis in others and have loops of ski poles wraped around the bindings.
2. GET A BAG!

is there room in the Armada Continental ski bag to hold everything including your outerwear or is the international bag a better choice?

wear the clothes put stuff in a backpack, put the boots where the lil gap is near ur backpack or over one of ur shoulders and carry your skis and poles
