where can i download music that i can put in itunes besides itunes...preferably free. yeah i dont want to hear any of your "stealing music is wrong" shit...im just cheap

umm and P2P program be used do download songs, then you import them into itunes, and they are converted if need be.

I worked at the IT department at my college and I've heard that bearshare actually is the worst for getting viruses and such, way beyond limewire and kazaa, but that might just be on the particular network that we were on.

I use Limewire, it converts everything into itunes format, and puts an entire folder type thing into itunes, its really nice.

Azureus or Limewire. Limewire does all the searching for you but you can only download 1 song at a time. With Azureus you have to use a torrent search engine but you can download whole Gigs of music in one folder...like entire albums, entire arists work even. Message me if you have any questions.

really? my friend does computer work at his college and he told me bearshare was the best. that's interesting, i haven't had any problems with it, but i also have good virus protection and whatnot.

bearshare fucked my computer. i got it reimaged and the virus's still didn't go away - i mean they might have been from something else too - but now i use limewire
