Do it a whole bunch of times, and never give up. Best advice you'll hear.
But anyway... listen to the guy above me. And for 270s off, get comfortable sliding the rail, then when you slide it good and solid, look at the end of the rail and picture the spin. It helps to set your body slightly at an angle, so as you slide off the end of the rail you're already starting to spin... but don't concentrate on this too much, or you'll turn early and nut yourself. Just ride out the rail, and at the end spin whichever direction leads off the rail (i.e., if you grind left foot forward, spin to the left, and vice versa). Once you get used to it, it's just a little twist off the rail, not too hard at all. After that, you can try spinning 270 off the other way, i.e. back in towards the rail. Requires a bit more thought and a bit more speed.
For 270 on... not much advice I can give you for that, 'cause I can't do em... yet.
