Hey...I was reading a bunch of posts but nothing specific to mounting at the recommended mounting line on these skis(the CR's 1080). I didn't even realize this left me a lot of tail when I put on Look p14's, they are kinda forward of the middle of the top of the spaceframe platform. I do mostly park and pipe at Mt. Creek in NJ, but don't really ride park if I go up to VT. How they gonna feel?

I got the CR 180's last season and had them mounted at the recommend mount point. The tails got in the way a bit in bumps, but the swing wait is really good in the trees, but difficult for landing rock jumps and small cliffs. They are great for carving. Even though they are a park ski, you will develop a new found appreciation for groomers since they are soooooooooo fast and carve unbelievably well. You can be bombing down at mach 10 and they are completely stable. IMO, these are the most understated and underated skis out there.
I'm toying with the idea of moving my bindings back a bit.
