depends on what you ride and how hard you ride. if you are jumping off fat cliffs then it is a good idea to wear a back shield. they can help you avoid serious injuries. And a helmet is always good. if you fuck up your head with to many concussions you become as smart as a carrot.

yep, helmets are pretty much always good in bc and if you ski hard... Fuck it, Wiener's right. Protection is good.

definitly get protection. you could get some whack shit on your head...then your fucked for life...always wear/use protection

If your just skiing down powder faces in the bc, dont worry about it. If you are skiing lines and stuff get a helmet.
