So so amazing and funny- political incorrectness in a dining hall.

So tonight I was eating at one of our on campus dining halls and it was the holiday dinner. The opened up another room and set up everything really nice with servers and table cloths and stuff. They had food from different holidays and every major holiday around this time was represented. Potato pancakes for hanukkah, eggnog and some good prime rib for christmas, some mexican thing for la posada (whatever that is), something for a hindu holiday. For Kwanzaa they had fried chicken, watermelon, and corn bread. Everyone was like WTF. It seemed so politically incorrect and stereotypical-not that we really care, but it was so so funny. I guess there is no one to get pissed off. CU is only 2% black anyway.
