youre not like punching the lense out. most frames are pretty flexable, and you should be able to pull the frame off the lense in a couple places, and then slide the lense out.

ok, the lense is notched, with small peices of the frame that click into the notch. the key is to pull the top of the frame up away from the lense until it releases. from there you can pull the rest of the lense out safely. then, insert the new lense bottom first, aligning the notches so they clip in, then pull the top of the frame over the top of the lense, line up the notches, and squeeze them together, and there you go.

i didnt really know how to do it until a few days ago. just grab the part that sits over your nose and the top part. pull them parallel to the lense and the notched part of the lense will pull away. they are really thick so you wont break them. then just wiggle your lense out and put the new lense in and make sure all the notches fit back in there place.
bang, you are done.
