there is no problem with the edges, any rail and urban skiing is gonna put a beating on any ski, just think...sliding steel rails and landing on pavement with plastic coated wood with thin pieces of softer metal as edges.....no ski stands a chance
Trouble makers are fantastic skis on piste, on kickers and in the pipe! On rails they are not quite as good as some rivals as they are a thin ski (top to base) with normal thickness edges and base! They don't take the stick like the armadas etc!
From what I've heard, the problem with the TMs is that the edges rip out of the ski much more easily than on other boards. A cracked edge is not a huge problem, as all edges will crack eventually when used on rails. But no edge is a big problem.
