Skiing's progression

Well I just finished watching 2 years worth of snowboard videos because I was bored. Everything acomplished in skiing for the last 2 year (and before) has been done on the snowboard first. Straightjacket films built the loop for snowboarding and the rail in Happy Dayz that goes around a pillar. The quarter pipe gap was also built for snowboarders first. When the hell are skiers going to get original? Tanner Hall even tried to butter in Happy Dayz. And is just me or is he trying to look like JP Walker?

Matt Colins' 180ft mute backflip was pretty original, not the trick, but the distance.

Also, think of it this way: The boarders were doing this kinda stuff years before skiing.

And who cares if it's the same stuff? A lot of the skiers have many boarder friends so they go and see the hits together and it's just time until one of the big ski filming people come out and film them hitting the stuff.

it might have a little to do with film companies working together thats what poorboyz does they work with snowboard film companies so they will get some of the same stuff, and they don't really have to compete, they just shoot the same things for a different sport. Snowboarders won't want to watch skiers do it if a snowboarder is doing it, so why would they care about competing, the same thing goes for skiers.
