i have the same question..im getting a few more pairs of lens's soon. is there any specific way..or just pop em out?

on a frames u just pop it, i dunno bout wisdoms tho

pull top of frame from top of lens, then the sides, and finish pulling out the nose. To put in lens, reverse steps

its easy, i do it all the time.. jsut remember the frame is Extremely flexy.. just push the frame away from the lense at one part then work your way around.. and to put it on there are little hooks that grab onto the wholes in the lenst and you have to latch them on by pushing the lense at all the hooks.. its kinda hard when your learning
