do you even have to ask, MAC is soooo much better than windows for editing, Finnal cut Pro is such a nice program, if you have the money get a power mac and FCP and you will be set.

yep prettyyy much^ but if you have a pc adobe premier is pretty much just like final cut pro just. very few differences

i still think that if you have a choice get a mac for editing, i find that mac storage(for video) is far superior and also you can get a dual 2.0 GHz for around $2000, if you have connections w/ the comp lab at your school talk to them about edu discounts.

you dont even have to do that just go to the mac store online (apple.com) and click "education"
