ok so i order some level gloves from their website along with a couple base layer pants from burton a couple weeks ago
next day, i get an email, "im sorry, the level glove u selected is sold out, would u like a different pair?"
i send them an email back, i ask for a diiferent pair of levels, they dont have them, i email them again, they dont have that pair, i email them and ask for a pair of burton gloves, dont have it, one more time i ask for a burton pair, dont have it
so, i send an email just asking for my money back, they said they never charged me, which they did, so i email them back again giving them proof that they charged me 70 dollars for level gloves which they did not have, and chose not to refund me immediately after they realized the pair was sold out
the last email i sent was 2 weeks ago and i still havent gotten an email back
