i snowboard. ive skied since i was 3 and once i started snowboarding i stuck with it. i find it to be more fun, but ill take some skis out once and a while too.

if you are wondering why i am on this site... its because its an awesome site and i like to check out all the pics and movies and of course read the non ski gabber. believe it or not, you learn a bunch of shit from reading it.

yeah i used to snowboard for about 2 years off and on with skiing and then decided to just stay skiing cause i was better at it, i give snowboarders credit, its deffinately not easy

I'm a boarder, but skiing is a pretty fun thing to do when I'm not riding. but about going down hills carving, thats just lame, i try to add in boxes which i can do somewhat but i tried a rail and i just totally ate it. Maybe I'll get a pair of skis to fuck around on on the days it sucks to board.

at my mountain there are only a few other cool boarders to ride with, so typically i end up riding with skiers, which is pretty cool

fucking right i went skiing today on my friends twins because he wasnt there and i was hitting a box i got it down by the end of the day lol it was funny but i didnt fall once and it was my second day this year

hahaha i hope your kidding about the rail part. yes riding on a rail takes so much skill and looks very sick.

They look ok if they do it properly and boardslide. But NOTHING compared to skiing.

man i dont have a prob with most boarders, there are a few that if i was given the chance i would push them off the chair, but there are skiers like that to. I ride with a few boarders regulary and they can throw down, i tryed boarding once and it was hard. so props to u boarders

i have to agree also about snowboarders looking smooth, i was at okemo and saw some kid throw a 10 on a board and it looked soo much better than any 10 on skis. that look better in pipe too

o and if i didnt poste in here already i snowboarded for 2 1/2 years

I only hate snowboarders who suck, but think they are the shit, and proceed to slide down the slope sideways, scraping off the rest of the nice snow. The legit ones are fine.

im also a snowboarder. i like skiing i think its a great sport. unfortunately i havent had a chance to try yet. i think both sports are steezy as fuck. but it always depends on the rider. i have good friends who are both skiers and snowboarders and it really doesnt make a difference which sport you do

i snowboard currently.
i skied from the ages 7 till 14 or so, then i broke my gear.
and hit up the snowboard in the basement, and havent turned back..yet

i did it a few times, but i found it way easier to snowboard. i could do boardslides afetr 3 days. i just have more fun skiing.
